Celebrating the end of our 2018 Season Championship, FMRRA is bringing back the Beach Party! We always talk about our desire to stay out of the summer season for racing. It’s way too hot to be on a race bike, in leathers, on a track. So what would we rather be doing….Partying on the Beach!
For the 2018 Championship Party we have reserved the Pavilion #2 at Pompano Beach and invite you all to join us on August 26th to celebrate. We will be celebrating the end of year 3 for the series and presenting Championship Awards to Overall Expert/Amateurs, Class Championships, and Team Championships!
This would not be a beach party without food, games, and beer! We will have thirst quenchers on hand, barbequing all day, cornhole, games, beach volleyball and more. We bought WAY too much food last year, so this year we are providing the main courses and ask attendees to bring along a side dish they would like to share. That way we all get to try some different stuff and we don’t end up making an unintended contribution to the local food shelter!
Beer Kegs are being provided via our Series Sponsor Monkey Works Performance!
We are working with local hotels for special room rates, and there is plenty of parking right by the pavilion in the garage (why we moved to this location)!
