2025 Round One Notes!

Friday Load In :

Due to the track’s Fast Lane Friday, load in will not be available until midnight. Keep your fingers crossed that maybe we will be allowed in sooner. Until load is possible, we are permitted to stage up in the grass\dirt area that is to the right as you enter gate 18. We will be performing tech in that area. Please be sure to use some common sense when staging up there to ensure there is room for everyone to get in and out.

FUEL

BYOF – bring your own fuel. There will not be pumps available at the track so remember to bring your fuel.

TECH Form Update

https://panamsbk.com/my-account/techForm/

A few changes have been made to the Tech Form page of the My Racer Profile page. You will see the races you entered for each day. You will now see your grid position listed next to each race. When the grid becomes official, it will be highlighted in green. If there is a change after the grid has made official, it will be highlighted in yellow. What you see on the page will coincide with what is on the race grid pages and the print outs.

Cutoff Times for Qualifying times usage

For the Saturday Sprint races, the cutoff time to use your qualifying time is the start of lunch.
For the Sunday Grande Corsa races, the cutoff time to use your qualifying time is the start of Sunday warm ups.
For the Sunday Sprint races, the cutoff time to use your qualifying time is 1 (one) hr after the start of Sunday warm ups.

Race Licenses will be available at registration

Transponder Reminder

Reminder to check your subscription status on your transponder. Everyone with a MyLaps TR2 can check through the speedhive app on your phone.

Racers under 18 years old

Racers under the age 18 and the parent(s), there is a separate paper waiver that will need to be completed that requires all parents to sign. If there will possibly be an instance that a parent is unable to attend, we have a solution. Please send an email to [email protected] to discuss. Don’t risk not being able to race because of an unsigned waiver.

Helmets under 5 five years old

Reminder that helmet can not be older than 5 years from the manufacturing date. It is not 5 years from the date you bought it. If you purchased a helmet recently for a really good deal, check the manufacturer date. If you own an European brand helmet, you will need to contact the manufacturer to receive documentation on the manufacturing date because it’s not in the helmet.

New Racer Reminders
  1. Do qualify for every race you think you may race in. It costs nothing extra to qualify for races you have not entered yet. You can still qualify and choose not to race. But if you do not have a qualifying time, you will be gridded based upon order of entry.
  2. You can sign up for a race at any time on Sunday. As long as you have time to register your race and make it to the grid, there is no cut off time to register for additional races throughout the day. To use your qualifying time you must register for your race Sunday morning when the grids are locked. After the grids go live you will start from the back of the grid.
  3. The provisional grids are posted online Saturday night. Remember to confirm your position and time on the grids you are registered to race. You have Sunday morning by 9:00am to make any changes before the grids become official.
  4. We offer custom race licenses and racer profiles. Remember to send or message us your photo(s)by email at [email protected] or instagram.com/panamsbk / facebook.com/panamsbk

We list your top career lap times at every track you attend as well as season best lap times. We’ll keep track of your average finish and top finishes. Keep your profile up to date. If you have a new bike or sponsor, let us know.
